Shadrack Saibulu Wenger is Deputy Chairperson for Strategy on the National Governing Council. Strategy sits beside operations so TSP does not confuse activity with direction.

He is a bachelor’s degree holder from Kajiado County.

On the NGC he helps set the party’s issue-based path (agriculture, water, health, SMEs and the equality of the vote) so campaigns and programmes point at the same household outcomes.
