How TSP handles membership particulars for the party register and IPPMS-compatible records.
The Service Party of Kenya (“TSP”) collects membership particulars to maintain a lawful party register and to prepare records compatible with the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) Integrated Political Parties Management System (IPPMS).
Identity and contact details required for membership, including national ID or passport, surname and other names, date of birth, sex, county, constituency, ward, mobile number, membership category, date of joining, and where applicable a PWD registration number.
To process membership applications, verify eligibility, issue membership cards, communicate about your application, and fulfil statutory reporting to ORPP / IPPMS when integrated.
We do not sell membership data. We may share required fields with ORPP / IPPMS under the Political Parties Act and related regulations, and with payment providers when you choose to pay a category fee by M-Pesa.
Email is optional for registration. If you provide an email, we may send a one-time verification code and status notices. You may ask HQ to correct inaccurate particulars.
