About The Service Party
Founded
2020
Fully registered 5 June 2020 as an issue-based Kenyan party.
The Service Party (TSP) was fully registered on 5 June 2020. Our conviction is simple: politics must serve people.
Since then, within the complex realities of Kenya's politics, we have grown politically gathered lessons that now shape how we organise.
Local ownership first
We are putting weight on the Party's county organs, volunteers, online ambassadors and ordinary members with a view to building a genuine, committed membership with a strong ownership of the party.

Five years on
Kenya’s political and legal rules have a real price. TSP has to pay its way like any other organisation.
Roots in a few counties matter more than a thin presence everywhere.
Pick a few issues Kenyans can name, then take them into policy and into the home.
Programmes
A Service Party programme to prepare public leaders. The secretariat publishes cohorts, eligibility and dates.
Signature grassroots engagements that push leadership toward household-level issues: food, water, markets, dignity.
Online ambassadors, ordinary members and county organs. Grow the party online without spending what we cannot afford.
National Governing Council
The NGC is the second-highest decision-making organ after the National Delegates Conference. Chaired by the Party Leader, it acts as the executive body of the NDC.
