RE: Request for IPPMS / membership register API credentials for The Service Party of Kenya (party code 082)

We write to request official integration credentials so that TSP may validate membership eligibility and synchronise our permanent members register with the Integrated Political Parties Management System (IPPMS) in real time.

Our membership capture already follows the IPPMS Excel template fields:

We respectfully request:

  1. Sandbox / test endpoint and keys - so we can verify national ID / passport lookups and OTP-backed account creation flows before go-live.
  2. Live production endpoint and keys - so that upon successful ORPP validation and OTP issuance, a TSP membership application can create / update the party’s permanent database immediately.
  3. Technical contact for callback URLs, rate limits, and field dictionaries aligned to the Membership Excel template.
  4. Guidance on OTP issued by ORPP for purposes of creating an authenticated membership account after validation.

Our live party systems are hosted at https://tsp.biasharaerp.com (public site) and https://members.biasharaerp.com (permanent members database desk). Test IPPMS portal reference: https://ippms.orpp.or.ke. USSD status check remains *509#.

We are ready to complete any onboarding forms, NDAs, or technical workshops ORPP requires.
